Hi everyone! I’m Mikayla Reighard. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration. My knowledge in psychology gives me valuable insights into human behavior and development, which I can apply to my work as an EI to help create effective interventions. As an early interventionist, I work with children and their families to create a positive impact in their lives in a way that promotes growth and sparks creativity. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym or hiking with my friends. It keeps me energized and helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance. I’ve recently taken up learning sign language as a hobby. This new hobby has been incredibly rewarding and has expanded my ability to connect with others. I discovered About Play during my postgraduate career search and was immediately drawn to its fulfilling and interactive approach. I look forward to the opportunity to utilize my skills and passion to positively impact families and make a meaningful difference in their lives through my work at About Play.
