Hi, my name is Katelyn Harrelson! I’m originally from Columbia, SC but currently live in Georgetown, SC. I graduated from Coastal Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology with an ESOL endorsement. After graduating, I began working in the public school setting. I’ve spent the past 8 years as a first and second grade teacher. I absolutely love working with children and their families, but knew I wanted to work with them more one on one to better meet their needs. That’s when I discovered About Play! I am so excited to start this new chapter where I get to continue my love of working with children and their families in their natural environment. When I’m not working, I love going on the boat, traveling, and going to Williams Brice to cheer on the Gamecocks!
