My name is Kamisha Young, and I joined About Play in 2020. I am a graduate of Charleston Southern University. My purpose and passion are to impact and change lives. I was referred to About Play while working my previous role and speaking with a regular client. At that time, I desired to work with children, so it was not a coincidence that my recommendation for About Play was in perfect timing. I believe every child is a special gift, has greatness, and has the potential to thrive. I am thankful that my role with About Play now gives me the opportunity to serve families and help their children grow and develop.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my husband, mentoring, attending my church and serving others. I believe every day is filled with new opportunities to grow and help each other.
