Hi, My name is Jen Miller. I grew up in Travelers Rest, SC, but currently live in Woodruff, SC. I graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have been married for 25 years to my husband Marty. We have an 18-year-old daughter, Kensey, and a 16-year-old son, Cade. I also have 2 cats, Sunny and Boo. I spent 14 years as a stay-at-home Mom homeschooling my kids and worked 4 years as a preschool teacher to 2-year-olds. While working in preschool, I was introduced to early intervention and thought it would be a career I would enjoy. Preschoolers are a joy to work with! I love their curiosity, energy, and ability to learn and grow.
I discovered About Play as I was searching for an Early Interventionist position, and I am excited to learn and grow in my career while getting to help preschoolers be the best they can be!
In my spare time, I enjoy napping, reading, watching true crime, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
