My Name is Sarah Bruce. I’m 27 years old and from Columbia, South Carolina. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology, emphasizing behavioral health. My love for children started around my 3rd year of college while doing an internship at a local preschool while attending Southern Adventist University. I was more intrigued by the psychological aspect and how children mentally and cognitively develop. Child Development has always spiked my interest and given me a different perspective on viewing life and others. I am excited about beginning my new journey at About Play and looking forward to working with the families and children.
In my spare time, I lead an organization at my church called “Compassion Sabbath.” Our goal is to support low-income families and supply them with basic essential needs. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping and learning about Art.
