Hi! My name is Julia Anderson and I’m a Knoxville, Tennessee native with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee. During my time at university, I discovered a passion for working with and supporting families and making a positive impact within the community. My experience in childcare has given me the joy of working with children of all ages, and has shaped my commitment to early childhood development. I discovered About Play while exploring a career in Early Intervention, and after learning more about the organization’s mission and values, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I’m excited to support families, help children thrive, and work together to achieve meaningful goals. I recently moved to Charleston and have been enjoying spending my time reading, exploring the city, and fostering kittens!
