Hello Hello everyone! I’m Ebonie Bates from Newberry, SC. I graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Youth Development. During college, I was actively involved in volunteering, mentorship programs, and various clubs. One of my most impactful experiences was working at the Shepherd Hotel in Clemson, where over 40% of the staff have special needs. This experience sparked my passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and led me to explore Early Intervention. Through job shadowing, research, and mentorship, I discovered a field that perfectly aligns with my love for community support and working with children.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, online shopping, and watching Criminal Minds. One of my favorite ways to relax is being surrounded by nature. I’m super excited to join a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on families’ lives and look forward to embarking on this journey!
