My name is Caroline Holland! I am from Silver Spring, Maryland originally but moved to Charleston for college. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. In my experience, I have worked as an instructor for a summer enrichment program for elementary school students who are diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and receptive/expressive/pragmatic language challenges. As an instructor, I managed weekly themes of activities to be carefully designed to foster friendships, self-awareness, exploration, and social success. I have always enjoyed working with children and finding ways to make education a fun experience.

I came across About Play while on a job search and after reading about the Early Interventionalist position, I knew it was the right job for me. I am now proud to serve the Charleston area children and their families through About Play as an Early Interventionist. Together, we can improve outcomes for children with developmental delays and disabilities while nurturing families to meet their child’s developmental needs through the experiences of play.

During my free time, I enjoy cooking, running and spending time at the beach.
